Looks nice

Looks like a nice item, however it came with a broken handle and had to be returned. Waiting replacement.

Okay

I was expecting a little more based on reviews however I find this coffee maker to be just okay. The carafe keeps temp just above warm. The lid for the carafe is cheaply made. It has a tab on the side that you must turn to open. Once in place, the coffee should poor out but mine only dribbles out so I have to take the whole lid off to pour a cup of coffee. In addition, the quality of the brew is not anything special. I have yet to make an outstanding cup of coffee with it.

Exactly what we looked for

This coffeemaker is what we were looking for. I believe the cone filter makes a better brew. And the isolated carafe keeps the coffee fresh and hot for at least two hours without continuing to heat it and turning it bitter. The machine is simple to use and contrary to our old carafe, this one allows me to pour a cup without dripping on the counter!

Great tasting coffee

Coffee tastes better with their paper filters. I returned a GE Coffee Maker that had a silicone filter. I wish the cord could be pushed inside the coffee maker. Nice size for one or two persons.

Keeps my coffee hot for hours. It is easy-to-use and clean. Compact and nice looking. Easy to understand instructions suits my requirements perfectly.
