INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

A pair of compression socks that I ordered (and was charged for) were never delivered to me. According to Macy's own tracking data, the "company or receiver name is incorrect". Tracking details then stated that the item was "returned to the sender" located in Linden, NJ. My address was correct on my original order confirmation, so the error leading to the actions above was Macy's. I filed a dispute with Macy's customer service only to be told that no refund would be provided since the package was delivered (to NJ - I'm in Tx). I have since filed a dispute with my bank requesting cancelation of my payment to Macy's.
