Undelivered Macy’s Order

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent order from Macy’s. Although I received a confirmation that the item was shipped, I have not received it. After reviewing my order and contacting customer service, I was told it was delivered on your end. However, I have no package, and I checked thoroughly. A dark, spicy, and ultra-premium evolution of the

Dior Sauvage Elixir a masterpiece of concentration. It opens with an incredible burst of cinnamon and cardamom, setting into a rich, liquorice like warmth. It feels much more mature and darker than the original EDT. The lavender note is refined, making it smell incredibly expensive and masculine.
