If I could give a zero out of five I would.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The Michael Aram candlestick holder arrived much later than expected, and the condition was unacceptable. It appeared clearly used and had a very unpleasant smell. The dust bag was also not the usual cream color Michael Aram items come with, it was brown and looked worn and dirty. For a product at this price and from this brand, I expected it to arrive new and properly packaged.

I have received it without a box!

I was so excited to receive my item. unboxing of Michael aram products is always so satisfying to me. the luxury box and packaging feels nice. this time my candleholders came without box just wrapped in paper ! the receipt was taped to candleholder and and sticker on bottom of one of them. and some damage on it! soo disappointing! returned immediately! imagine it was a gift sent to someone!
