Order never arrived

Macys never sent me the product. I purchased on Black Friday and the items were cancelled without my permission 2 days before Christmas. I spoke with customer service 3 times who assured me it was en route.

These are about 3 sizes too small. I waited too long to return them and now I’m stuck with them. Try them on as soon as you get them or preferably don’t buy them.
