Damaged,color is totally different

There is a hole around the neck,the color is totally different ,customer service is so bad, returned but no refund,they can’t do any help just ask to wait

thick durable fabric and nice roomy fit

shirt i bought was in burgundy color. i personally love this dark blood red shade and the fabric was thick knit, so it does not crumble after wash and maintains it fit.
