Slightly too brown nice handbag

This handbag is nice looking however it was leaning too closely to brown than merlot. Did not know was listed as "Last Act" until I attempted to return it.?? Went back online to search for where it stated it could not be returned and failed to see anything. I was not pleased with this as I purchase many items from Macys; some on sale others not.
