Get ready for some POOF

I fell in love with this dress, however upon receiving it, along the bottom ruffle there are little brown specks all over it like dust of some sort. I thought it might just be part of the fabric but is only on the bottom ruffle, so not sure if it somehow got dirty or this is a manufacture defect. The sleeves are also much more voluminous than the picture and an odd length, hitting at mid forearm. I am 5'6, 112lbs (32 chest, 25 waist, 36 hip) and ordered an XS. I think it is beautiful but may be a bit over the top poof wise for my narrow frame. I like it enough to keep it. The plaid and shape is quite gorgeous. It seems true to size.

White stepped dresss

Excellent Where casually oh why but a scarf with and dress it’s a beautiful white dress and I love the bow I love everything about the dress and have already won It!
