Runs so big

I love this coat. It was exactly what I was looking for but the sizing is so far off, it swallowed me whole. I'd go at least one size smaller. I returned mine and did not exchange. Macy's closed their store here a few years ago so online is the only game. I've been told that they will cut people off for returning items too often so that's probably the last time I order anything to be worn.

Michael Kors Plus Size Hooded Coat

Very nice classic woolen coat. Weight is for COLD weather! Great deep pockets. Only thing I did not like was the hood. It is too large, non-detachable and weighs a lot.
