Item damaged when received

There was a hole in the brand new coat that I purchased from Macy's. It looks like someone used needle and thread to try to sew the hole closed before shipping the item to me. This is unacceptable.

Disappointing

Coat was flimsy @ poorly cut. Did not like silver zipper, made it look cheap. I don’t think coat would have lasted one wash. Light as a feather, but seamed thin & barely filled with down.

I truly had high hopes for this item. But was highly disappointed once received. The coat is very thin and it just feels like a light weight blanket.

Cute

Not well made. After wearing it for about two weeks. I noticed a tear on the back and it was a bit loose on me. Zipper was getting stuck. I returned it.
