Worst Treatment Ever

I love the shoe! In fact I love the shoe so much that I purchased a second pair for my daughter. However, it was the custom service that was so horrible. I called in for a price adjustment for both purchased as the shoe has been marked down by $22 in less than a week of the purchase. I was told that they could give me a price adjustment on one pair but could not approve a price adjustment for both purchases; which by the way were purchased on different dates and thus are on different order numbers. I was told that they could give me a $10!gift card but this was less than the amount of the markdown! I’m at a loss! Worst customer service ever for a very long-time, dedicated customer! Consumers be aware of this horribly unfair treatment and bad practice for customers expecting Macy’s to honored their price adjustment rule. Best Regards!
