Very Disappointed Customer

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I received from your store. The shoes arrived in a clearly worn condition, and a used stocking was included in the box. This indicates that the item was not properly inspected prior to shipment. I was surprised and disappointed by this oversight, especially given the high standards your store is known for. As a loyal customer, I expect new items to be delivered in new condition. Receiving used merchandise falls far below those expectations and reflects poorly on quality control.

They’re Ok

They are very cute and elegant. However, the shoe is slightly big. Should’ve gotten half a size down. Also the toe is ridiculously long. Almost looks like a skinny clown shoe!
