Poor quality

I was hoping it will not be me after reading some of the reviews of product being ruined after first wash. So I just washed my jacket the first time on a delicate and got the same result as some of other shoppers. Jacket is ruined and they offer $40 as a curtesy but I only got $30. So disappointed in Macys and their customer service as well as this product

LOVE how lightweight and warm

I love that this coat is not bulky. It is warm and lightweight, making it comfortable for driving. I have not yet tried packing it in the little bag that’s included, but I think it should be easy. I have received many compliments on this coat. It is my go-to and I highly recommend it.
