Very cute but weird fit

I really wanted to have these shoes! But I tried my normal size 9 (in the black) and they were too small...returned those and ordered the 9.5...also very tight on my toes, not much better than the 9. And for reference, I have pretty narrow feet. I tried walking in them and besides the tight toes, the heel of the shoe slips off my heel a bit with every step. So odd that I'm the only one having this issue. Wish they had worked!
