NOT BRIGHT WHITE

Please be aware the picture shows a bright white however the description states finished in a cream glaze. This dish setting is not a bright white as shown in picture (see my pics). I thought because the OTHER setting was cream in color and finished in a cream glaze as the picture showed this that the one I was getting was a bright white as the picture shows. This is not the case. I talk to Macy customer service and you have to pay attention to the description . A Mikasa French Country in Bright White color simply does not exist because both have a cream glaze finish. However the one is slightly closer to a true white. this is poor advertising on Macy’s part! Also I think Mikasa should work on fixing the design of these plates & make them more flat they are almost like a larger soup bowl. Also think the salad plate could be an inch wider as it looks small when placed on the dinner plate. I believe the soup bowl is wider. these are beautiful, great quality & I love the scallop design.

Dishes not a good match.

I ordered replacement dishes for my French Countryside F9000 dish set that was purchased 5-6 years ago from your website. The replacement pieces that have been shipped to me are similar but not a match. This was visible to myself and my family at the time of unpacking.

Met/exceeded Expectations.

As presented, the pieces are substantial in weight as desired. Colors as depicted on line did not quite meet expectations and are basically black and light brown without any orange tones, but for us that was ok. Overall very pleased with the purchase as they add a nice dimension to our daily living

Nothing Broken
