Milk Frother
I just got my and the box looks messed up, and the inside looks used and dirty with oil stains. I was expecting something better from Macy’s.
Not as described
The description at the top of the page specifically states it comes with latte art pen. My order was incorrect or incomplete since this was not included in the package. There are froth cups at a lower price point. I chose this because it stated it came with the latte art pen.

Didn't receive the latte art pen for the second time
All I want is a latte pen!
I ordered the Zulay Milk Frother cup with Latte pen as a Christmas gift and received only the milk frother cup. I contacted Macy's 3 times to get the order completed and was told the latte pen would be shipped in 24 hours. A week later, I contacted Macy's again since I hadn't received it. Now I was told that the 3rd party seller will contact me for a full refund. I was given lots of conflicting information and have spent a lot of time on this! Get it together Macy's!!
