Should Get Negative Stars

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!!!! This was supposed to have been delivered in December. I never received the package. I called Macys and was told the manufacturer had to issue the refund & I would hear from them writing 48 hours. I wrote to them multiple times & have now called Macys multiple times. I even had to ask my neighbors if they had received my package of underwear! Do you have any idea how embarasding that is?! Tomorrow is February & I finally received an email from the manufacturer. Still no refund for the unreceived product, instead "Are you sure got didn't get it". Yes I'm sure. These people are crooks! And SHAME ON MACYS for not refunding & dealing with the manufacturer themselves. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!
