Third party seller issues
This jacket was offered on the Macy’s site at half price, but when I put it in my shopping cart, it was full price. I thought I could just call later and have it adjusted, but that was impossible because this is a third-party seller. Then I received one of those feeds featuring the same jacket. This time when I put it in my shopping cart it was sale price. I ordered it and asked for a return on the first jacket. I did this because I called Macy’s and they still couldn’t adjust the price. Now I’ve sent the first jacket back and I see they’ve canceled the sale on the second jacket. This has been a terrible experience.
