What a disappointment

It's my son's birthday today and we had bought him one of these. He opened it, we put batteries in and it rolled forward about 30cm before stopping and wouldn't move anymore, thought the exploding feature still does. So we sent our upset boy off to school with promises of getting him another one by this afternoon. We returned it to the store but they didn't have anymore in stock. Drove for half an hour the other direction and got another. Brought it home to test, it rolled forward about 20cm and won't move again. If you hold the stick forward you can hear a faint tick sound of gears trying to engage but it doesn't move. Again the "explode" feature still works but that really is a lame "explode". Now I have to go and return another one and hope my son isn't too disappointed that one of his presents was a piece of junk,

Must please the grandchildren

Just ordered two of these for my grandsons. They love Minecraft. Just gave one of them the Minecraft blaster game and had to order a second one for my other grandson. How do you get to take part in the promotional tests ? I have three grandchildren who still enjoy toys.

RC Creeper is a blast!!

This Minecraft RC Creeper is a must for Minecraft fans or anyone really, definitely a blast of fun! It's large and pretty quick, even on carpet. It has an easy to use controller that looks like a little TNT which my son loved. When it zooms across the floor it's legs move which give it the appearance it's actually running instead of rolling. Half the controller controls the forward/backward motion, the other half operates the sounds, lights and main explosion! If you hold the button down the head pops off while an explosion sounds and the light goes from a bright blue to color changing. If you only press the button without holding it down it still sounds but without the heading popping off. It comes with 10 smoke cutouts that will rain out when the head explodes off. It can be played with or without the smoke cutouts, also drives with or without it's body all put together. When it "explodes" apart it is very easy for smaller hands to reassemble without any help. It definitely kept my youngest sons attention, and his teenage siblings enjoyed playing with it too!
