Looks like this seller died. Been waiting 3 weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing. Macys has been on top of it though. Thanks seller for making me look bad during my loved one’s birthday. Great job!

I placed the order a month ago. Item has a label and shipping information but has never been picked up by carrier. It is from a 3rd party. Macy’s isn’t helpful and the 3rd party isn’t getting back to me.
