beautiful but for looks only

purchased this ring in Nov 2025, gave to my future wife on Valentines day 2026. Today is Feb 27. Only 13 days later and five stones have already fallen out!. Definitely do not buy this

Cubic zirconia ring

I ordered the pink version of this ring online. My order was received promptly and the ring was very pretty. However, the Macy's associate responsible for packing the ring did an awful job. The ring was mailed in a non padded white postal service envelope and without a jewelry box. It was in a tiny plastic bag just big enough for the ring. Upon arrival, the ring was supposed to be round, but it was now oval shaped and some of the jewels were in the bottom of the plastic bag. This seemed to be the result of poor packaging. I returned the ring.
