Cute but plastic closure

Liked bikini top. Seemed to run a tad small but my biggest concern was the plastic bra closure. Not sure how it will hold up in wash and for me (d cup) nervous about it so returning. Too bad as liked it but want a metal closure.

Bikini top with mid rise bottoms

The bra sizing was smaller than my 36 inches, the cup size was correct. Returning for 38 inches and same cup size. LOVE the mid rise bottom with drawstring on sides

Courtesy Return granted - no link sent to return

This is my last attempt to have someone contact me regarding ORDER #4617642031 I called Macy’s Customer Service on 8/4 and was granted a one-time courtesy return because I was 4 days beyond return window. I am a loyal Star Rewards client. Did not receive link, I contacted Lascana Fashion via app and sent three messages to alert them that I did not receive link. I am disputing charges.

Check for “Third-party” shipping

As a faithful Star Rewards client I am disappointed with the return policy that does not allow returns or replacement or credit after 30 days. I was only 3 days beyond the 30-days. Went to Macy’s Customer Service Desk and they told me they can’t do anything because it is a ‘third-party’ return and gave me a phone number to call. What!?!? Come on, Macy’s! I’m okay with Walmart doing this but not you! After calling the number and spoke with someone for 17 minutes, I was told I would receive a link for the ‘one time’ exception (oh, how special I feel. NOT!) hitting the 48 hour mark and no link sent. (Yes, I checked emails, spam, texts.) now I have to make another call. So much for being a high level Star Money Rewards customer. They need to change the label to “Sub-par Money Rewards.”
