Stunning knife

Not only is this knife absolutely stunning, it handles like a dream. I'm not sure I desire something this nice. The weight is perfect and allows for expert handling (if only I was an expert). This was a beautiful suprise and something I will treasure.

the clear choice

the only complaint I have is not getting this sooner , as a catering chef this has made my prep work an ease less effort cutting and a garnishing makes prep work enjoyable less strain on my wrist and hands . love how sharp and gorgeous the knife is and the workmanship that goes behind it
