Disappointed

I bought cooler to use for our outdoor patio, but the wheels for the holes doesn't align. One side work when I scrwed them, but the other side did not. I was so disappointed. Macys offered to send me a replacement but I declined. I will stick to my faithful Yeti cooler!!!!
