Disappointed

The quality of the towels is poor. They are very thin. I ordered two sets. Only one has been delivered. I check delivery often. The is no anticipated delivery date. I would love to get a refund due to poor quality and half the order not delivered. Very disappointed. Usually Macy’s has quality and is reliable. I will not order again.
