Really want to love this dress

I liked everything about this dress except the sleeves. The ornaments go the entire length of the sleeves and are just weird. My hubby thought I could give someone a black eye if I swung my arm around. Otherwise, the blue color is gorgeous and the fit is perfect. Just need less ornamentation on the sleeves.
