Very cheap or used

This dress not like a picture in real very cheap quality it’s look like from WalMart sale this from third-party. Soooooooo cheap. Not any more trust to the Macy’s very disappointed.. now I’m going to the return this.

I received a used dress with lots of dirty stains on it.How ridiculous to sell a used dress? Not expected this from Macy’s.
