Zipper Failed on Third Use Very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this pair of boots. On the third time I wore them, the zipper suddenly broke while I was simply walking on the street. There was no force, no misuse—yet the zipper no longer closes, even when moving it carefully up and down. What makes this experience even worse is the lack of customer support. I contacted the seller twice, clearly explaining the issue, and never received a response. For a product that is clearly defective so early on, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and, at the very least, some acknowledgment or assistance. Unfortunately, neither the product nor the customer service met basic expectations. I am writing this review to warn other potential buyers and to express my genuine disappointment. I hope the company takes responsibility for both the quality of their products and the way they treat their customers.
