Great Nail Art Kit But...Poor Nail Polish Quality

I bought this nail polish art kit for my daughter's birthday. Although, this is a great kit because of the non-toxic nail polish. Unfortunately, only two out of the six, nail polish bottles were good! The other four, were either dryed out or came with the brushes damaged and cracked? I was excited to use this kit for my daughter, however, it looks like quality control unfortunately, failed on this package.
