I wouldn't buy again

Color goes on the PERFECT SHADE! I was so excited- after looking at myself in the mirrror an hour later I was shocked to see color had significantly darkened and I looked ridiculous. I also feel likes it gets splotchy looking thru out the day def wouldn't buy again

We appreciate your feedback. The best benefit is achieved when you use your fingertips to apply- we do not recommend using a sponge or a brush. The fingertips will provide the most flawless finish. This will allow the foundation to melt into the skin. As your skin adjusts and changes throughout the day, this will keep the foundation looking like natural skin. This is a full coverage formula, so minimal product is needed- start with a pea-sized amount, and add more if needed. If your skin requires additional care, we also make an array of primers that can address specific skin concerns and the look of your makeup. My new favorite

Ok I was using Charlotte Tilbury and they changed the formula. I looked and looked for something new and stumbled on this I love it, but the color was too light. I will try to match a new color

My holy grail matte

I am very pale with yellow undertones. I have combination skin with an oily T zone. Soft Matte in Siberia is the only foundation I've ever tried that truly matches my skin AND looks flawless all day.

Total disappointment

Although it is marketed as Soft Matte, it actually applies fully matte on my skin. Even when I use a primer underneath, after about two hours my chin area completely rejects the foundation — it separates, breaks apart, and looks patchy. I have always used matte foundations, so I specifically wanted to try this NARS formula. I gave it three chances, testing it with different primers, but unfortunately the result was the same every time. I honestly never expected such poor coverage and wear from a brand like NARS. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering its reputation and price point.
