lamp not glued

The lamp post was not glued on one of them when we received them but it is a hassle to return it. The packaging was terrible. Item was nice.

Cute but..

I love snowman and was excited to get this for me and my daughters. I bought 3 of these. One- the battery/ light stopped working. Second one - light/battery works but the painting of the nose was really messy. Third looks good and works.

Beautiful but battery doesnt last long.

It is my favorite ornament; I bout mine in 2020 it made a time of turmoil seem a little brighter; it is also very sturdy and lovely. But, It only has 1 light and the battery that mine uses is very hard to find. Mine came with no battery and no instructions. Macy's was great they gave me a credit. I took it to a battery story we got it to work with 3 small watch batteries but they do not last long. The battery store had to order the correct battery and its cost was almost more than the item. Now maybe they changed the battery for this year even without the light It looks great sitting on my chest of drawers.

Does not work

The snowman is very cute however the light does not work. hoping it was the batteries. I replaced them with no luck!
