My order number 4713569379

Macy’s online order becomes unprofessional and careless. I placed my order and get confirmation that my item is shipped but the tracking information is not showing any details, waited one week and called customer services…they had no clues where is my order …they promised to sent me email once they found where is my order, than i received my order but they sent me a tennis shoes not the Naturalizer Side -Zip Booties. very frustrated took it to Macy's stores …without any apologies gave me my credit back and the item is out of order now….what i got from Macy's nothing….never shop from Macy's again

The most uncomfortable shoes Ive ever worn they cut my ankles and left them sore for days. So disappointing since they are really cute shoes. I returned them

Pretty but Not Round Toe

These boots are beautiful and I love the low style. Lately, Naturalizer has been inaccurate in their description of the toe shape. These are almond shape. If you don't need a wide toe box, get these boots. They are a great style to wear with anything.
