Heel broke within 1 hour

The heel broke within 1 hour of wearing. Waste of money and embarrassing. No refund? That’s so disappointing.

I did not used them

I did not check the shoes when I bought them. I just too the box and pay. I check them the next day and my surprise I noticed that they were used. The store did not accept my return. My lost, I donate them. I never used them. They are not longer with me, I donated them. I put 2 stars because they were used and I did not use them.

Heel broke within an hour of casual wear

I am so disappointed. The heel broke off within hours of wearing these. I choose these over other options because they were Naturalizers. I trusted the brand for comfort and durability but ended il embarrassed wearing a heel that I had to hot glue to get through the night.

Disappointed

I placed an online order for these beautiful shoes and was so excited when I seen they had been delivered, however once I opened the package I was greatly disappointed to find the box damaged and inside the box a very sad sight…shoes worn, all packaging destroyed and shoes were just tossed in the box… heart broken and disappointed that these shoes will now need to be thrown away and will have to shop for the perfect shoe again 😢
