Buckle hurts
Cute shoes that fit in my usual size. I had to use foam under the buckles to stretch out the shoes during my first bunch of wearings because the buckle hurt the bones in my foot. Now comfortable

Perfect holiday flat
The Cosmic Mary Jane Flat in wide width is amazingly comfortable and beautiful. It has arch support and cushioning on the bottom. I have already worn them twice, and each time friends have remarked how lovely they look! Considering I did not have to sacrifice comfort foe style, this shoe was worth every penny!

Quality not worth the price
I really wanted to love these shoes because this company offers such a great range of sizing options, including wide calf and wide foot styles — something I genuinely appreciate and don’t find often. However, the quality has been very inconsistent, especially considering the price point. One of the brand-new pairs I received arrived with a noticeable tear in the leather right on top. Another pair of boots developed a loud clicking sound after only the second wear, likely from a loose heel cap or faulty glue. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that their defect policy is seriously lacking. They don’t offer exchanges, and it’s entirely up to their warehouse to decide what they consider “defective,” which makes the whole process feel like a gamble. Out of the four pairs I recently purchased, two arrived defective. I love the fit and the inclusivity of their sizing, but until the quality control and defect policy improve, it’s hard to justify continuing to buy from them.

Comfortable & great color.
Fit- sized down 1/2 size
Purchased velvet Mary Jane in normal size 8 and got a wide for foot that is too wide due to surgery. It was too long and large in size 8W. Replaced with a 7.5 W. It fits perfectly. It will be my go to for a long time forward. Really comfortable.
