Wrong item delivered after much delay

I had placed the order online with the hope that it would be delivered on time. I needed to wear it for an important event. Every few days, I would get a notification that it was on its way, followed by it has been delayed. Finally today, it got delivered after my event had passed. And they delivered the corona item. 🤦‍♀️

Not for me

Wanted to love a classic style pump for everyday wear but did not fit well. Naturalizer quality is there but the fit is not. A wide toe box is desired but I find Naturalizer makes the entire design of the shoe wide. Not hot me sadly.
