Bad experience

Good quality, but terrible look at the back and the sleeves don’t look right Unfortunately, I didn’t see LAST ACT before I order. Will never buy anything marked LAST ACT

Horrible customer service

I was trying to make a return of my recent purchase online. The order came late. I printed a label and it came out as a QR code. Turns out our local ups office does not accept QR codes, they asked me to print a regular return label and attach it to the package. Turns out it’s impossible to print a regular return label from Macy’s website. I called customer service 3 times to ask to them to send a return label to my email. Each time the representative assured me they would send it. But it never happened. Now I left with unwanted items, wasted money and time. What kind of customer service is that if such a simple problem couldn’t be solved? What an unexpected disappointment from Macys.

I do not like this snirt. If i had been shopping at the store and seen it I would not have bought it. If my sister likes it, I will give it to her. If she also does not like it I will donate it to charity,

Too short

Not sure what is going on with the manufacturers, but almost every sweater I purchased or tried on is way too short. I am only 5 foot 3 inches so these sweaters should not be cropped on me. I noticed other reviews mention the same thing in that it is way too short. For this reason I do not recommend this sweater.

Nice subtle festive sweater

I ordered the navy color, but could not tell the inverse design was silver lurex thread. It appeared nude/beige from the photos. Ordered a size XL for a little more length, based on others' reviews, and was glad I did.

This is a beautiful very comfortable sweater

This sweater is so comfortable. It looks really great. Better in person than in an online photo. I have no complaints about this sweater. I would absolutely recommend it.
