Poorly finished /bad buttons

Cheaply made but about what you would expect for the “sale” price. Buttons started coming off on the first day it was worn. My tailor fixed it at my expense. They look cheap and they are.

Horrible experience

I am writing this to say Macy’s has some of the worst customer service ever. I ordered this coat and told I was going to receive on a Wednesday and after 4 days of no update I called and they said that there was a delay. It’s been about a week and a half and haven’t recieved in update my coat says it is still stuck in NY.
