Works great, various options, nice and compact

Very happy with this milk frother! It's nice and compact - great for apartment living. And I love that you can select different froth levels/heights for different beverages. Plus it looks quite stylish on the kitchen bench.

Milk levels inside jug are very hard to see. Jug works well but instruction booklet is very poor.

Works great!

I’ve had this for 3 years now, it’s been great! You have to take care of it properly. I’ve never ever had an issue with it or with the Nespresso coffee machine. Totally worth the investment!

Don't expect it to last longer than a year

Terrible machine if you want it to last more than a year- this is now my second milk frother machine that I have purchased from Nespresso and it has broken on me. Both times, it related to the ability of the inner wheel to spin- I had found a workaround of purchasing a new wheel but that only prolonged the problem another few weeks. Of course, they conveniently break after a year of use- which is after the warranty is up. Incredibly frustrating to need to purchase a new one, but at this rate it's clear the first frother was not a one off issue. Suffice to say, my next frother will not be a Nespresso one.
