Although I love the handle, which makes for easier pouring, this frother overheats my milk. Anytime I use it, there's burnt milk at the bottom.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Trust that our frother will enter overheat prevention if the temperature gets too high. The button will blink red, stopping any ongoing cycle. However, leftover milk residue in the jug can burn over time. To help avoid this, be sure to clean the frother with a soft cloth after and between uses. You can leave hot water to soak in the jug beforehand; it helps lift small residue that we sometimes do not see. Also avoid using metal utensils in the jug as these may scratch the coating, into which milk residues can build up. Hot or cold ANYONE can foam like a barista
I upgraded from the Aeroccino 3, which was great but with the Aeroccino 4 I have so many options for delicious creations made easily and quickly. Anyone can create their perfect foam like a barista even with nondairy! I make perfect foam with almond milk. I have to say I prefer the handle and spout as well. I keep both but I love my Aeroccino 4.

Version 3 was much better.
I miss my old aeroccino 3. This new version has been inconsistent since day 1. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Depends on the morning.

So Disappointing!
I bought the Aeroccino in February and yesterday, 5 months later, the same milk I have been using is only bubbling and not foaming. I clean the frother well after each use and the spinner is working properly. It was the best frother I've owned until yesterday. :(

Will die right after the 1 year warranty
The jug part stopped work literally a month after warranty kinda like nespresso knew that would happen and thats why they only do 1 year of warranty. Sadly 1 day it just died, so I tested it with my brothers and it is just the jug that won't turn on anymore.
