Macys.com Screwed-Up Again
Sick and tired of Macys.com screwing-up orders. They advertise the De'Longhi Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe, and swap-it-out for the lesser model that does not make Nespresso Alto-size pods. Twice I have gone through this with them, twice the wrong (lesser) item was delivered, and twice I have had to lug the product to the store to return. No compensation, nothing. Just terrible, terrible fulfillment from Macys.com. UNACCEPTABLE. De'Longhi should stop doing business with Macys.com until the bait-and-switch gets fixed.

Macy’s disappoints
So excited to find the availability and quick delivery of so many items. That being said, I ordered my Nespresso Vertuo and was counting down the days for the delivery. Delivery was quick and my anticipation grew as I opened the Macy’s box. What I found was the Nespresso box damaged!!! What type of quality control does Macy’s have? How could an individual prepare and ship an item that is not intact. Will be returning this item and hope Macy’s doesn’t take advantage of someone else.

Foamy and warm
I LOVE MY NESPRESSO MACHINE! The size is perfect for my coffee counter! It is very easy to set up and use! It makes the coffee or expresso nice and foamy! The sizes are easy to adjust as well

Great coffee at home
The best coffee pot I have ever owned. I used to prefer drip coffee but this makes coffee like a coffee shop but at home for a much better price.

no shipping quality control
How disappointing to find Macy’s shipping damaged merchandise. Upon receiving the order, the anticipation of having that wonderful cup of coffee was brought to an expected surprise…. A severely damaged box. First thought, in transit something heavy must have been placed on the box but the shipping box was intact. So, this means Macy’s knowingly shipped a damaged box!!!
