Having both the Pixie and Vertuo Pro, they've all broken or had problems within or soon after the warranty. I was able to get the Pixie repaired/replaced but they all leaked. After a couple years and more issues, we decided to replace it with the Vertuo Pro for the coffee option. It lasted past the 1 year warranty before issues arose in that version too and now, before the 3 year mark, it's completely dead. We've religiously descaled and cleaned our machines. So while the coffee and convenience are great - these machines aren't a good investment - 1-3 years at best.

I've had two Nespressos and several types of coffee makers. This one is by far my favorite. It is quick, low maintenance and makes excellent espresso, ristretto and lungo. The Nespresso Creatiso, while it does alot is high maintenance. The steamer was always clogging. This comes with a frother that makes hot and cold foam. Whole milk works well for lattes and 2% makes great foam for cappuccino. If you want more of an American cup of coffee adjust the water level on a lungo. It also has a nice small footprint so wont take up much counter space. You will not regret your decision to get this one. I've had mine since 2018. I've had to replace the disk in the former twice because I lost it. Well worth every cent, you will not regret it.

Has been going strong for 12 years. Makes exceptional Coffee drinks . I replaced the frother last year . I’m pleased as punch .

My nespresso makes my morning coffee routine a breeze. Each cup brews so quickly & filling up the water compartment + adding the pods is very simple.
