DO NOT BUY

I bought this less than 2 years ago. Broke last April, sent it back to get worked on. Got it back, it broke again in September. So now I have an expensive machine, with a ton of coffee just sitting in my garage. So do yourselves a favor.... DO NOT BUY THIS. I wish I didnt.

Burnt Tasting Coffee

Haven’t been able to use for the past two years due to the coffee constantly tasting burnt/old. I’ve descaled, ran warm water cycles between cups of coffee and I cannot get rid of the taste. Very disappointing for the cost of this machine.

Coffee not hot at all just warm

For the cost of of this machine I would expect the coffee to be hot not just warm

Nespresso Vertuo Lattissima is a great addition

Great espresso and cappuccino maker. The styling and convenience are a great addition to any modern kitchen. The milk steamer also allows for easy matcha making. The machine is as easy to use a Keurig-type coffee maker or other automatic coffee machines but watch the tutorial videos before using for a smoother experience initially as the written instructions are incomplete. My wife and I love the machine and look forward to years of use.
