DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE- it is just frustrating
I have had the Vertuo Lattissima for a year and it is a terrible machine. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this machine. The coffee is not hot. The machine puts way too much air/ foam into the coffee. The machine stops working randomly and requires you to connect your app and it probably won’t connect. I can’t get the machine to work with milk anymore. This is a terrible product.

It's like having Starbucks at our disposal, 24/7. Jokes apart, Nespresso is a new baby in our household, and we are just getting the hang of it, but loving the coffee and the machine!

Great Machine
I have had this machine for over three years and it is still working perfectly. I feel for those who have had a problem but this machine is outstanding. Maybe I was the lucky one. Makes great coffee and is a breeze to use.

Bad. machine
This product is garbage. I have owned 5 Nespresso machines and this is the worst. The pod capture is a complete mess and very poorly designed. There is no way I empty the pods without creating a huge mess. The cover inconsistently closes, the machine is loud as a banshee and it sometimes makes a partial cup of coffee with a full water tank. Awful, replacing it with a simpler machine.

Does everything I need it to do
It was time for a new machine. Have been a virtuo customer for several years. Love the product. New machine works very well. Especially like the fact that I don’t have to remove the water tank to fill it up. Built in frother makes the whole experience very easy. Clean up is easy as well

Great features but could do better
I really like the machine just wish I could control the foam as I prefer just foam not the milk my husband likes the lattes,.. would also love to have the coffee hotterb

What not to like about this machine? It makes coffee, lattes, and cappuccino. Better yet, you can only steam milk.
