I’ve had 2 ninja vertuo machines, they are very simple to use. Downside is the pods are pricey and the machine does not have the strength to brew a real espresso shot. Sometimes the top feels like it’s going to break after time from turning to open and close it.

Great brews every time
I have had this machine since 2022. I love how this machine is very compact, yet it has a great water tank capacity, and it brews great quality coffee every single time. The automated settings make brewing so easy, quick, and effortless. The only thing is after 4 years now, the descaling light won’t go away. I descaled it, ran the machine on mandatory rinse, tried resetting the sensor, forced turned off the machine, correctly exited descaling mode, and even unplugged the machine so many times but, light still won’t turn off. It lasted pretty long id say though!

Really good coffee
The nespresso machine is super easy to use. When you make a cup it disposes the pod so you don’t have to touch it to throw it away. The pods alone are expensive compared to other coffee machines. But the quality of the coffee it brews is really tasty

I am super happy with my Nespresso Vertuo. The design is pretty nice, and it is pretty easy to use. I love the variety of its pods and coffee taste is absolutely very good.

The Nespresso machine is incredibly easy to use and makes rich , smooth espresso in seconds. The crema is perfect and the flavor tastes just like a coffee shop . It’s compact , convenient, and absolutely worth it.

Convenient and Great Coffee
I loveeeee my Nespresso machine. The pods are super easy to order and I love that you can send them back for their recycling program. The coffee tastes amazing and it’s so convenient having great coffee at home. Im saving a ton of money since I don’t have to go out and order coffee at a coffee shop. I definitely recommend doing a cleaning cycle at least once a week though

Wonderful - amazing - fabulous
I received a Vertuo machine as a gift more than a year ago. It's worked flawlessly the entire time. I haven't had to descale (but I do have a home water filtering system.) I make a 7 oz coffee and sometimes run an additional shot of espresso. I use a single packet of stevia and a small amount of Half+Half. I thought I would like milder capsules but I actually prefer the stronger ones because I can always add a tiny bit more stevia or dairy if needed. I bought a short wooden stand with 2 drawers and placed the machine plus 4 mugs on top. So I've got a whole coffee station in my kitchen. It's so convenient and quick to brew a wonderful mug of coffee. Downside? I wish the coffee was a little hotter (my friends think I'm nuts because they can see the steam rising.) As a solution, after brewing, I microwave for 20-30 seconds. Nespresso service has been fantastic and I feel the price per capsule is fair, compared to what one pays at shops and restaurants. I like the simplicity, speed, cleanliness, coffee varieties, the free sampler packs, and the ability to return empty capsules for recycling. This is not my first Breville appliance and I find them to be well-built and reliable. I am very pleased with this machine and with the entire Nespresso ecosystem and recommend both.
