Worked great for less than 3 months

It looks great and worked great for 3 months. It suddenly stopped working. After troubleshooting with Nest help center, they deemed it to be a faulty unit. Hopefully I’m able to exchange with Bloomingdale’s.

Just something else which doesn't work properly.

Since putting this Nest camera on the front door all I get when anyone is there is a request to constantly put my Google email address and password in. What is the point of wasting time like that, why can't it just be kept open all the time? I am very disappointed in the quality of the camera too on my phone a small photo which you can barely see without fiddling with the phone again.

We could be looking at a possible connectivity issue that causes the frequent disconnection on your account, and it’s important to make sure that this is not caused by a spotty or weak Wi-Fi signal. We suggest checking your Wi-Fi network for a strong and reliable connection. If you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network, removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. You can also try doing a factory reset on your Nest Hello to improve its overall performance. Works well worth the money happy I purchased this product able to watch for packages when I'm away from home keep an eye out for deliveries friends stopping by very satisfied customer
