Nightmare Customer Service

Tried to return in store. After more than an hour because it was 3rd party vendor, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Also in store I was put on the phone with customer service and was passed around to 4 different people that were no help. I will no longer buy online from Macys.

Still haven’t received it!

I bought this and was suppose to receive it by 4/28 and it still hasn’t arrived. I thought I was buying from a reputable company but I guess this is why Macys are not doing well anymore. Very disappointed
