I ordered 2piece set

I ordered this 2 piece set, & only the jacket came NOT the pants that’s SUPPOSED to come with the jacket ! please explain what's happend?

Sizing is completely off

I order this for my teenage son I order a XL when I received my package it looked like it fit a 8 years old. I was completely disappointed. Will be returning it this weekend.
