Nice but wrong size

Was disappointed with the size, the measurements on what I received were not what was shown on the description online. It's too small for me to carry although it is a nice quality but really disappointed that the measurements shown online were not what I got.

Not as expected.

Not user friendly. The bag is much smaller than expected and it will not stay closed. Will be returning it.

Extremely disappointed

The size of the bag did not meet the description of the 5’9” model example that was referenced. It’s a very cute bag, but very small. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the purchasing rules by Macys that the bag cannot be returned to the store.
