The shoes had been previously worn. They were also discolored in several spots. I was very unhappy with the purchase and returned the shoes for a refund.
Not true to be height of the heel
This shoe is not under 4 inches in height as indicated in the details. I am not sure if I can wear this shoe and is considering sending it back, but it may be too late to send it therefore, I am stuck with the shoe that I may never wear. It is a beautiful shoe.

Perfect in every way!
I love these shoes! Ordered the green color! The fit is perfect! I am usually a size 6. For some reason Nine West pumps run a little big to me. I purchased a size 5.5M. The fit is very comfortable ; not tight at all. Had no problem with the heel height was able to wear without any discomfort. 🙌🏾💯

Runs Slightly Bigger
The shoe is really pretty. I bought the dark brown. I wear size 7 but these do not fit right. They are slightly bigger or wider which when I walk they don’t quite stay in place. They slip off a little. Not sure of if I will keep them because I’m worried they will stretch out making them bigger.
