Great while it lasts (two broke before a year old)
Great while it lasts. First one just kept giving errors after several hours troubleshooting with support. The warranty was honored and.a new machine was sent but unfortunately less than a year of owning that one, it now will not brw any pods.

9 days agoOne of the worst purchases we've ever made
This items is defective. It keeps shutting off and we're unable to make even a cup of coffee. Additionally I can't run the cleaning cycle.

Great machine but...
I’m leaving this review as an FYI for anyone considering this machine. We purchased it in November 2022 and absolutely loved it at first. We followed all cleaning instructions and it worked great—until it didn’t. One day, while sitting in our living room, the machine randomly turned on, started beeping, and had flashing lights. After checking troubleshooting options, there was no clear fix for this error. We contacted Ninja, and they told us the unit could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. They offered a 30% discount toward a new machine. While we appreciate the discount, it raises concerns about durability. We don’t use the machine daily, so having it fail after only a few years is disappointing. If you’re okay with potentially replacing a machine every few years, this may still work for you. Otherwise, you may want to keep looking.

We have had our Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System for over a year and a half now. it has never ever failed us. Still looks great in our kitchen and makes great coffee. I highly recommend this for everyday use!

We got a Ninja espresso system two years ago and absolutely loved it! We recently lost it in a house fire but definitely plan to get another. We had zero issues with it and its definitely something we are replacing when we get back into our home.

Great coffee
I bought this machine when a power surge ruined my last ninja coffee maker. I love the espresso feature, it's a nice addition to my coffee. There are several pro for this machine, the one 2 cons I can think of is it doesn't come with a mesh filter like my last one did, and it doesn't allow k-cups. Other then that, I love this machine.

Disappointed
Didn’t even last a year, we get an error message and have to reset the clock every time to get it to work now. So disappointing, we love Ninja products and have a bunch of them. Not this one though.
