Makes good coffee
It makes great coffee. I just thought we were getting a 12 cup coffee maker. This one doesn’t make enough to fill up my thermos and a large “to go” cup. Maybe I mis read the description.

Water tank replacement
Cannot get a replacement water tank 60 oz in Canada. Machine is useless without this. It was the best before the tank cracked

DONT BUY
the ground coffee method sucks! grounds clog up the strainer and coffee goes everywhere its about 8 months old and its useless . I have cleaned it and tried different grinds of beans still clogs and makes a mess. I have the same problems as many others here. dont buy this one!

A happy purchase
The only downside for this machine is you can’t open the lid with one hand it’s a little tight, everything else is great, I love it.

Electrical issues
We have three of these and all three have had electrical issues. Ninja was amazing at helping warranty them but you get the same model and it has the same issue. We bought one for our daughter’s apartment and she had the same issue.
