So sad...

The orange strainer had pulp stuck and broke within a month of owning. So sad.

Excellent!

This works very well! First, I made a ginger, carrot, apple, and orange juice. And this morning I made a grapefruit and orange juice. I’m very happy with how well this machine works. It also came with recipes for what to do with the leftover pulp.

Save your money

I wish I had known there was a ninja juicer, slicer and shredder for much cheaper. I need to condense the appliances in my kitchen. It’s great but it only does one thing.

Good juicer if you juice once in a blue moon!

I'm on to my second Ninja NeverClog juicer in 5 months. The first one ran well until one day the feed shoot wouldn't disconnect from the motor housing. That was replaced by the retailer so I'm three weeks into juicer number 2. I stand there endlessly feeding tiny pieces of vegetable into the narrow feed chute, I have plenty of time to look at this juicer...it's constructed of materials that place it in the lower quality range of appliances, and the motor runs quite hot after a small amount of celery juicing...so what I'm saying is, I don't expect this one to outlast its warranty period. The design flaws don't stop there...the juice flow is unpredictable so if you're not watching carefully, the flow can randomly change direction, run over the top of the moveable cover and flow all over your kitchen bench...that gets expensive pretty quickly and is just downright annoying. The juicer makes a high pitched whine as its working which is a good way to empty the kitchen of other family members! This is my first cold press type juicer and I know it's price point places it at the entry level but I really was expecting more based on the reviews on this site...I can wring a lot of juice out of the celery pulp when finished so that's another con. On the plus sides, it's quite easy to clean.
